No, currently we have no other retail location other than our online store.

Yes, we may add new brands to our website in the future depending on the availability of brands from our supplier.
I have seen other websites that offer them for cheaper, why are yours more expensive?
The price of the products depends on the quality; many websites will carry the lowest quality available and sell them for cheaper, but they will not last very long.
How long does it take to ship out your products?
It takes 7-14 business days for delivery (Business days - excludes weekends and holidays). Sometimes due to an order being held by customs the delivery time could take 20-25 days.
How much does shipping cost?
The price of shipping varies depending on how many products you order and the total weight of the order.
Do you ship out the product on the same day that I order it?
Yes we usually do our best to get it out the same day you place your order but sometimes it can take up to 72 hours. Once your order has been verified and confirmed by our verification staff, the order will be sent out to our packaging and shipping department.

Unfortunately we only accept credit card payments through 2Checkout and PayPal at the moment. By paying with a credit card, we will have a confirmed statement showing how much was paid and when. Paying by credit card will make it much more efficient for your order to get approved and processed and have it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Do you do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
No we don't, 80% of COD orders turn out to be scams and cause too many problems- We apologize to the honest people out there.
