How do I pay for items I buy?
When you confirm that you wish to buy the item or items in your Shopping Cart, by clicking on the “Check Out” button, you will be transferred to a secure payment form. Fill in the credit card information requested. When you accept the purchase, your information will be transmitted to 2Checkout.com for processing. Fashionablesun.com will not have access to your credit card number or any other credit information. When we receive notice from 2Checkout.com that your account has been credited the required amount of the purchase, we will ship your packages.

Order Processing
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by email. All orders must be placed online.
Back Orders
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information.
Shipping Options
Shipments are sent via International Air Mail post service. Alaska and Hawaii orders will vary. In stock items will generally be delivered in 7-14 business days. Sometimes due to an order being held by customs the delivery time could take 20-25 days.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated by weight, quantity, state and country. It is done this way so we don't overcharge our customers with the shipping and handling cost.
COD is not available.
Warranty
All products come with a 90 day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading etc.).
- If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.
- The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
Return / Exchange Policy
Please notify us within 7 days from date of delivery if the item you receive is not as described.
All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as the item is received by us.
Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
Import Duty
In many countries, there are no additional import duties, tariffs and/or taxes imposed. However Import duty/VAT/GST may be imposed by your country. The buyer shall be responsible for finding out if any such duties are applicable. We will endeavour to do all we can to minimise tax/duties liability by declare lower value or as gift upon request by buyers. However, the buyer shall be responsible for any and all such costs imposed by customs in their country and the brokerage fee by courier service.
